GOVERNMENT AND MULTILATERAL AGENCIES
We lead our partners through the conceptualization, design and implementation of public initiatives.
Beyond project-based work we ensure the sustainability of our approach by co-developing innovation cells within departments, training civil servants in our proprietary methodology, and by increasing their institutional proficiency in citizen-led processes.
COMMUNITIES
We advise, and co-produce grassroots-led small to medium-scale public services, programs and infrastructures.
We work directly with grassroots groups to accelerate their access to resources. These projects range from small to medium scale public services, to programs and infrastructures. We provide communities with strategies and methods to cultivate their autonomy by leveraging their existing resources to create resilient structures.
